  • Items that are custom-made or specially ordered are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

2.2 Proof of Purchase:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For defective, damaged or incorrect items, TJR Bathrooms Ltd. will cover the shipping costs.

3.4 Inspection:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.

4. Refunds

4.1 Approval:

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

4.2 Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

4.3 Deductions:

  • If the item is returned damaged (not due to transit or manufacturer defect) or missing parts, a deduction may apply.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or discounted items marked as “final sale.”

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
